Susan O’Halloran

Admitted as a solicitor in 2000, Susan started her career in England, working at top tier property firms before relocating to Dublin and joining Becker Tansey Solicitors as a Partner in 2012.
Susan specialises in property law and has gained extensive experience in both commercial and residential conveyancing, acting for both private and commercial clients. Susan has expert knowledge in the acquisition and sale of commercial property including property financing, property development, planning, drafting and registration of commercial Leases, Landlord and Tenant, construction law and joint ventures negotiations.
Susan also has experience dealing with residential and commercial developments including:
- setting up of developments
- preparation of relevant documentation
- dealing with banks and lending institutions in relation to finance of developments
- sales of individual units
- establishment of management company structures for new developments
In addition to property, Susan also practices in the area of Wills and Probate and can assist clients in estate planning and drafting of Wills. Susan has gained considerable knowledge in Probate and the Administration of Estates including obtaining Grants of Probate, Letters of Administrations, dealing with intestacy, dealing with claims of the beneficiaries, and all matters on distribution of the estate and transfer of property following death.
Susan advises on Enduring Powers of Attorney and Wards of Court applications.
Susan also deals with Company Law, Commercial Law and Banking Law matters and was appointed as a Notary Public by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Ireland in 2016 and is also qualified in England and Wales.
Stephen Fleming

Qualifying as a solicitor in 2002, Stephen began his career in a niche commercial firm in Dublin before moving to Victor Blake & Co Solicitors as a partner in 2006. Stephen has experience in all manners of litigation and joined the team at Becker Tansey Solicitors as a partner in 2012.
Stephen is an accomplished litigator and negotiator having gained over eighteen years’ experience in practice and was appointed as a Notary Public by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Ireland in 2016.
Stephen specialises in Personal Injury Law and his extensive knowledge in practice and procedure ensures his clients receive the most strategic and pragmatic advice in all aspects of their claim. He will assist clients from the outset of their journey through to Court proceedings. Stephen is dedicated to ensuring his clients receive the best outcome possible.

Sarah Sbano
LLB, LLM, Solicitor
Sarah graduated with an LLB Degree in Law in 2015 and completed her (LLM) Masters in Advanced Legal Practice from the University of Northumbria in 2019.
Sarah recently qualified as a solicitor having completed her traineeship with Becker Tansey Solicitors.
Sarah specialises in Personal Injury Litigation advising on road traffic accidents, trips and falls, medical negligence and employment matters.

David Tansey
Consultant & Notary Public
David is a founding partner at Becker Tansey & Co and now works in his capacity as a consultant and Notary Public. David has extensive experience as at litigator, specialising in personal injury law, motor accident claims, commercial disputes, both Plaintiff and Defence litigation and debt recovery.
Frances Foley
Legal Executive, D.Ls
Frances joined the team at Becker Tansey Solicitors in 1998, having worked as a legal executive in a number of top tier firms in Dublin. Frances completed her Diploma in Professional Legal Studies in 1999 and has over twenty years experience in litigation. Frances has extensive knowledge in the legal practice and procedure involved at all jurisdictions and now specialises in Personal Injury Litigation and Family Law providing support to solicitors within the firm.
Rachel Williams
Legal Executive, D.Ls
Rachel joined Becker Tansey Solicitors in 2005 and since then has been providing legal support to the Senior Partners for Conveyancing, Wills and Probate matters. Rachel went on to complete a Diploma in Professional Legal Studies at Independent College, Dublin in 2016.
Rachel has gained a wealth of experience in residential conveyancing, remortgaging, Wills and Probate and the creation and registration of Enduring Powers of Attorneys together with Wardship Applications.
Bernie Roy

Bernie joined Victor Blake Solicitors in 2009 and remains an integral part of the Lucan Office. Bernie has gained significant experience throughout her career and now specialises in probate and residential conveyancing. She also provides assistance and support to solicitors within the firm.
Audrey Gahan
Receptionist
Audrey joined Becker Tansey in 2013 as front of house Receptionist. She has taken on the role of assisting the conveyancing department where her role focuses on liaising with clients, banks, and solicitor’s offices. She provides support to all legal departments in the firm.
