Becker Tansey Solicitors LLP has been offering Notary Public services for 40 years and is proficient in the varying protocols of countries. We offer a comprehensive service, which includes notarising documentation and where appropriate, arranging for an Apostille to be affixed.

An Apostille is a Certificate which is attached to or endorsed on a document by the Department of Foreign Affairs. Advices will be given to clients as to when an Apostille may be necessary.

It is important to note that the person attending to have documents notarised, will need to bring a form of photo identification and a utility bill (dated within the last three months).

David Tansey is a Notary Public with over 35 years’ experience dealing with every type of document which requires to be sworn or certified for use in a foreign jurisdiction.

Susan O’Halloran was appointed as a Notary Public by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Ireland in 2016 and has extensive knowledge in the procedures required among various jurisdictions. Susan provides Notary Public services to both private and commercial clients.

Stephen Fleming was appointed as a Notary Public by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Ireland in 2016 and has significant experience in the area.
